How to get a clean signature

  1. Sign on plain white paper with a black or blue pen. Sign a little larger than usual.
  2. Photograph it from directly above in daylight, without your phone's shadow on the paper.
  3. Choose the photo here. Shadows and grey paper are removed automatically.
  4. If thin strokes disappear, move the slider toward “Keep more”. If dots or lines remain, move it left.
  5. Download, then use the exam photo resizer if the form needs exact pixels or KB.

Can I get a transparent signature for documents?

Yes. Tick "Transparent background" to download a PNG you can place on Word, PDF or image files.

My form says the signature must be in black ink. Can I change blue to black?

The tool can make the ink look black, but some exams ask for the original pen colour. Follow your notification.

Is my signature uploaded?

No. It is processed on your device only. Never share your signature image on untrusted websites.
