Which format should I choose?
- JPG: photos and scanned documents for forms. Smallest files; no transparency.
- PNG: screenshots, logos and signatures with a transparent background. Larger for photos.
- WebP: images for websites and WhatsApp stickers. Usually 25–35% smaller than JPG.

Questions
Can I convert PNG to JPG for a form?
Yes. Choose JPG. Transparent areas become white, which is what most forms expect.
Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos?
Only if your browser can open HEIC (Safari can). On other browsers, share the photo as JPG from the Photos app first.
Does resizing reduce quality?
Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. Making it larger than the original cannot add detail and will look soft.
Are my images uploaded?
