How to make a good resume

Keep it to one page if you have under 5 years of experience. Start with a short summary, then your jobs with the newest first. Under each job, write 2–4 points that start with an action word and show a result (“Reduced billing errors by 30%”). List the skills recruiters search for, using the same words as the job advertisement.

Why the PDF is plain text
