Turn photos of documents, certificates or marksheets into one PDF, in the order you choose, small enough to upload.

How to use it

  1. Choose the photos of your documents. You can pick several at once.
  2. Put the pages in order with the arrows, and remove any you don't need.
  3. Pick a file size. “Balanced” keeps text sharp and the file small enough for most forms.
  4. Tap Create PDF, then Download.

Tips for clear scans

  • Photograph documents flat, in daylight, with the whole page inside the frame.
  • Avoid shadows from your phone or hand; shoot from directly above.
  • If the form asks for a PDF under 200 KB or 500 KB, use “Smallest file”.

Questions

How many images can I add?

As many as your phone can handle; 20–30 pages is fine on most phones. Large photos are shrunk automatically.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. The PDF is created inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.

My PDF is too big for the form. What should I do?

Choose "Smallest file" and create it again. If it is still too big, remove pages that are not required or split the documents into separate PDFs.

Can I add PDF files here?

This tool takes images. To join existing PDFs, use the Merge PDF tool.
