How to use it
Choose the PDF, pick a direction, and rotate all pages or just the sideways ones (for example 2, 5). The rotation is saved in the file, so it opens the right way up everywhere.

Questions
Does rotating change the quality?
No. Only the page orientation flag changes; text and images are untouched.
My scanned pages are upside down.
Choose 180° and rotate only those pages.

No. Rotation happens in your browser.
